Job Overview
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end daily handover from Fulfillment to last mile, ensuring all routes are dispatched on time and all operational issues are resolved quickly. This role leads the Logistics team during the shift, drives performance through real-time decision-making, and serves as the primary point of coordination between Fulfillment operations, last-mile carriers, and 3PL partners.
