Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time Social Worker Care Manager (Hybrid) to service our patients within and around the Milville, NJ area. This role is well-suited for early-career social workers looking to build experience in integrated behavioral health within a collaborative, team-based environment.
This position will be primarily remote with occasional travel to patients homes/facilities.
