Training and Instructional Systems Specialist at KBR | LAYIQ

Required: Active Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Performance Technology, Military Science, or related discipline
4+ years of experience in instructional systems design, training development, or military training programs
Experience conducting task and training needs analyses
Knowledge of SAT and ISD methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired: Masters degree in technical field
Experience with Program Office and/or HQ CFC (previous HQ AFSPC, HQ SpOC) processes
Experience supporting Department of War (DoW) training programs
Familiarity with Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM)-compliant courseware development
Experience supporting space, missile defense, or aerospace systems
Familiarity with Request for Proposal (RFP) development
Active DoD Top Secret, SCI clearance
Compensation: $91,200 to $113,900 in El Segundo, CA
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
