The Role
SPAN is looking for an Office Administrator to serve as our onsite point of contact for all things related to the office and as needed, the senior leadership team. Reporting to our Head of Workplace and working closely with our Senior Executive Assistant, this role will make sure every team has what they need to be successful in the office. This is an onsite role, in our San Francisco office five days a week and supporting events at our South San Francisco office or other offsite events.
