Intro:
Sequence is the AI-native billing and quote to cash platform for modern B2B teams, including Bridge (Stripe), incident.io and Cognition (Devin). Founded by serial entrepreneurs and backed by a16z, 645 Ventures and Salesforce Ventures with a recently completed Series A round
, we’re now looking for our first Head of Finance / Expert in Residence.
🚀 This is a truly unique role for a swiss army knife Finance operator. You will not just be our internal Finance leader, but a subject matter expert for our product & engineering teams, especially our revenue recognition squad. Given we sell to finance teams, you will also have an unparalleled opportunity to represent Sequence with your peers at events, customer / prospect calls and onsite presentations. In short, you will drive material value across Finance, Product & GTM. As noted, not a typical HoF position :)
This role will report directly to the Co-Founder / COO, and will initially be supported by our fractional, outsourced UK and US accounting teams.
