Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable
HVAC Duct Install Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of construction and home improvement tasks and enjoy working with basic tools. If you have a strong work ethic, a friendly attitude, and the ability to perform a wide range of home repair and maintenance jobs, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with lead installer on residential duct work: Serve existing customers by assisting lead installers with installing ductwork. Gather components, parts, and tools to complete the installation following all quality and safety standards. Ensure necessary tools and equipment for each job are present. Attend training meetings and continue professional development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Work with the lead installer to complete projects from start to finish paying close attention to details. Educate customers on the use of the new systems.
