Sales Associate (Inbound | Sales Operations)

What you'll do:: Core Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end handling of all inbound sales leads, including lead follow-up and basic conversion.
• Identify high-value potential leads and escalate timely to senior sales personnel for further nurturing and closure.
• Provide daily operational support for key corporate accounts, including resolving order-related issues and after-sales coordination.
• Manage fleet and driver arrangement & coordination work, and follow up on compensation process flows.

What we are looking for:: Preferred Qualifications & Requirements

• 1-3 years prior working experience in Account Management, Customer Service or Sales, preferably within Platform, Logistics or Professional service industries.
• Hands-on, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency in Urdu/Hindi, Malayalam or Arabic is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.
