The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our healthcare clients, particularly physical therapy and outpatient rehab practices

, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our EHR software products. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and development teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with key healthcare accounts, including physical therapy and outpatient rehab clinics and practices
• , and develop a deep understanding of their EHR and operational needs.
• Identify new sales opportunities through market research and client interactions.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and development teams to create and deliver compelling EHR product demonstrations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales management team on sales pipeline and revenue projections.
• Self-generate pipeline via outbound efforts while also managing inbound leads.
• Ensure timely delivery of our EHR software products and services to customers.
• Attend healthcare and outpatient rehab industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and the competitive landscape.
• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on healthcare technology, EHR/EMR, or software solutions serving physical therapy and outpatient rehab organizations.
• Demonstrated experience selling software to or working directly with physical therapy or outpatient rehab practices is highly preferred.
• Bonus experience includes: currently or formerly working as a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
• , or experience working within the operations, billing, revenue cycle, or administrative functions of a physical therapy or outpatient rehab practice.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients at all levels.
• Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to travel to occasional conferences throughout the year.
