Candidate sourcing:

Support active sourcing and pipeline building for highly specialised scientific and technical roles, including laser and plasma physicists, optics, high-power electronics, control systems, mechanical and systems engineers, across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, academic networks, publications, conferences and other relevant talent communities.
