We are seeking an experienced

Document Controller – Major Industrial Projects to support project documentation and document control activities in Abu Dhabi. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate project records, controlling technical documentation, managing submissions and revisions, and supporting documentation requirements across major oil & gas, EPC, industrial, or electrical projects.

Key Requirements

3–7 years of document control experience in the UAE.

Experience supporting oil & gas, EPC, industrial, or electrical projects.

Strong knowledge of:

Document registers

Transmittals

Drawings

Technical submittals
Requests for Information (RFIs)
Project correspondence

Good understanding of document numbering, revision control, and submission/approval processes.

Experience maintaining comprehensive project records.

Experience compiling final project documentation and dossiers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Other Qualifications

Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or other relevant qualification.

Strong English communication skills.

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate document registers, transmittals, drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, and project correspondence.
Control document numbering, revisions, distribution, submission, and approval processes.
Ensure project documents are accurately recorded, organized, updated, and readily retrievable.
