ON.energy is setting the standard for large load interconnection. ON’s patented AI UPS™ is a medium-voltage UPS that serves as a firewall, protecting the data center from the grid, and the grid from the data center. With multiple gigawatts currently under construction, we are enabling grid-safe data centers.
Position Summary
The Director, Technical Operations & Document Control leads two critical functions within our Data Center division: the Technical Council and the Document Control team. The Technical Council is a group of subject matter experts who resolve complex technical issues that arise during engineering execution and serve as the technical resource for our Sales organization.
The Document Control team of seven manages project documentation, including submittal packaging and customer transmittals through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Procore, along with company-wide documentation governance, SharePoint administration, and documentation standards.
This is a metrics-driven leadership role. The successful candidate will bring a strong engineering foundation, the credibility to lead senior technical experts, and a demonstrated ability to build and operate KPI frameworks that measurably improve response time and quality. You will balance the pace required to close open technical issues with the discipline to build durable documentation systems that scale alongside a rapidly growing project portfolio.
