How You'll Make an Impact
Evaluate and underwrite commercial residential property risks, including homeowners, and residential commercial exposures.
Analyze applications, inspections, third-party data, and loss history to assess risk acceptability.
Apply underwriting guidelines, authority levels, and pricing rules consistently.
Identify and escalate risks outside of authority or guidelines.
Ensure pricing adequacy and adherence to filed rates and forms.
