Food Cost & Inventory Systems Manager

The Food Cost & Inventory Systems Manager sits on the Business Technology team and owns the systems that underpin food cost (COGS) and inventory management at sweetgreen, from upstream suppliers, farmers, and lead logistics partners into our restaurants and through to our customers. This is a hands-on systems ownership role without direct reports.

You will partner closely with Ops Services, Restaurant Operators, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable food cost and inventory data across our fleet of 287+ restaurants nationwide. This role is based in-person a minimum of 4 days per week at our Los Angeles Support Center.
