What You'll Do:
- Traeger is looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide frontline technical support across our corporate environment. This role blends traditional desktop/end-user support with hands-on device management (Intune/Kandji-IRU) and audio/visual systems support for conference rooms, event spaces, and office A/V equipment. This person will be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues and a key contributor to keeping our device fleet secure, up to date, and running smoothly.
- This is onsite 5 days/week.
