About the Role

We’re looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist to design, maintain, and continuously improve the frameworks that power our internal healthcare operations. You’ll own the accuracy, structure, and usability of our internal knowledge ecosystem — ensuring that every process, workflow, and SOP helps teams make faster, better-informed decisions.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, documentation, and systems design

. You’ll dive deep into how things work, identify where clarity breaks down, and turn complex workflows into precise, usable knowledge. It’s a highly visible individual contributor role with significant operational impact — not a managerial position, but one where your work influences how entire teams function.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into accurate, easy-to-follow SOPs and internal documentation.
• Audit and refine our knowledge base to eliminate redundancies, close content gaps, and improve accessibility.
• Act as the internal knowledge point of contact, identifying recurring questions or knowledge gaps and proactively resolving them through documentation updates or process improvements.
• Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with real-world processes.
• Continuously improve how our teams access and use internal knowledge, proposing structural or systemic enhancements.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement
• — ideally in healthcare, tech, or other regulated industries.
• Proven ability to turn complex, technical processes into clear, actionable documentation.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset and an analytical approach to process design.
• Hands-on experience with tools like
• Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple documentation and improvement projects simultaneously.
• System Requirements
• Stable wired internet connection (15+ Mbps)
• Modern computer meeting or exceeding: i5 8th Gen or Ryzen 5 2000 series, 12GB RAM minimum (16GB preferred)
• Noise-canceling headset, quiet workspace, and power backup
