What You'll Earn

$20–$24/hour based on experience and certification
$500 sign-on bonus for all new RBT hires
Up to $9,000 in tuition assistance, whether you're pursuing your BCBA, a master's degree, or a related career in Physical Health
30 guaranteed hours/week (client cancellations don't affect your paycheck)
