Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
This position executes and manages strategy for the Direct Bank including paid media, email, content, and campaign marketing. Manages digital platforms, ongoing enhancements, policies, and support processes across the Bank as well as related associate teams. Collaborates with business leaders and key stakeholders to create and implement a marketing approach that enhances the digital user experience in alignment with bank goals and objectives.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Duties & Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Support – Manages channel strategy to deliver a client experience that is relevant and competitive in the market. Collaborates with executive and senior management on the development and implementation of marketing programs to support product and customer revenue, retention, and engagement goals across digital media and platforms. Support business development through creation of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, automation, and performance analysis, to maximize open and click-through rates and drive conversions.
