As an Advanced Patient Service Specialist, responsibilities extend to mentoring and training other patient service specialists, as well as leading daily huddles to identify and implement operational improvements. This role is instrumental in identifying process enhancements within patient service workflows and collaborating with pre-certification teams to ensure alignment with the latest technologies and payer requirements.
Keeping abreast of new developments in the field, you'll play a pivotal role in communicating changes and fostering a cohesive environment within the department.
Position Details:
Part-Time, 28 hours a week, Evenings 3PM-11:30PM, every other weekend and every other holiday
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
