Overview
The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s largest small business advocacy organization, is looking to hire a Sr Attorney to join its Small Business Legal Center team.
Responsibilities
- The Sr Attorney supports SBLC’s charitable purpose of providing legal representation and educational support to small businesses nationwide while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. It oversees legal activities in designated areas, including drafting and coordinating amicus briefs, preparing regulatory comment letters, developing legal policy positions, building external relationships, managing litigation and outside counsel, and educating small-business owners on legal matters. The position reports directly to the SBLC Executive Director.
