This role delivers functional and integrative medicine care focused on identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic and complex conditions.
The APRN performs comprehensive intakes, orders and interprets standard and advanced labs, and builds personalized, phased treatment plans across nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, hormones, and targeted therapies. Functional or integrative medicine training is preferred, but candidates who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply. We will train and sponsor relevant trainings for the right person.
Part-time and Full-time positions available.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform comprehensive functional medicine intakes, including detailed history, health timeline, physical examinations, and root-cause assessment.
Update and maintain accurate, timely patient records in the EMR during and after each appointment.
Order, interpret, and record results of standard and advanced or functional labs (for example hormone, thyroid, gut, micronutrient, cardiometabolic, and inflammatory markers), and determine the need for follow-up and further treatment.
