About The Role:
We are looking for an Outbound Operations Supervisor to oversee and optimize the dispatching, order packing, and shipping processes in our warehouse. The Outbound Operations Supervisor will focus on leading a team of warehouse associates to safely and accurately pick, pack, fulfill, and ship to our customers around the world! You will lead, train, evaluate, and reward staff, manage daily fulfillment schedules, and maintain optimal shipping operations.
