The salary range for this role is $25-$28 per hour. Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- As our Treatment Coordinator, you will help guide patients from consultation through treatment by:
- Presenting treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and compassion
- Explaining procedures, treatment timelines, fees, insurance benefits, and financial responsibilities
- Helping patients understand the value and importance of recommended treatment
- Coordinating treatment appointments based on patient needs and provider availability
- Obtaining pre-authorizations and reviewing insurance benefit information
- Discussing payment options and establishing financial arrangements
- Following up with patients who have pending treatment and helping remove barriers to moving forward
- Keep the doctors schedules full and efficient
- Maintaining accurate documentation of treatment plans and patient communication
- Serving as a trusted liaison between our doctors and patients
- Assisting with front-office responsibilities when needed
- Protecting patient privacy and maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable having meaningful conversations with patients—including conversations about treatment costs and financial commitments.
- Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of Dental experience
- Ability to pass a background check

- Has experience with Dentrix
