Additional Information About the Role
Day shift Monday - Friday:
The Groundskeeping & Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of company grounds and facilities. Duties include mowing, landscaping, street sweeping, trash removal, power washing, garage upkeep, snow removal and plowing, and routine maintenance of groundskeeping equipment.
This position safely operates a variety of equipment including skid steers, fork trucks, tractors, mowers, and snow removal equipment, and is responsible for pulling, backing, and maneuvering trailers as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of performing outdoor work in varying weather conditions while ensuring company property remains clean, well-maintained, and operational.
