Designed for experienced nurses who thrive at night, this position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple inpatient units. Float Pool RNs must be comfortable working in different clinical environments—including occasional mid-shift transitions—to support patient care needs.

You’ll also have the opportunity to expand your skills through cross-training in ICU and the Emergency Department

, all while working within a collaborative, tight-knit night shift team.

Job Highlights

Night shift:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Self-scheduling
• Every 3rd weekend + 2 holidays per year
• $15/hour float differential + shift differentials
