Responsibilities
Position Overview
Join our 10-week program in our Research & Development process engineering team to gain an understanding of the department's initiatives by working with R&D and operations to solve issues at
Bob Evans manufacturing facilities.
Projects could include but are not limited to assisting
BEF R&D with process optimization for new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.

Accountabilities
Work on process standardization throughout multiple sku’s
Create process diagrams based on standard processes
Collaborate with operations and project engineering to assist with new project implementation
Assist with product trials
Work with continuous improvement to identify waste/inefficiencies contributing to downtime or yield loss within production
Work with product scientists to create/adjust manufacturing specs
Manage multiple assignments/tasks
Travel to multiple BEF plants/locations

Qualifications
Education
Currently pursuing a B achelor’s degree in a related discipline.
Skills & Attributes
Strong written and oral communication, collaboration skills and business presence
Problem solving mindset
Working knowledge of Vizio
Working knowledge of chemistry and thermodynamics
Ability to create/read process drawings
Demonstrate sound judgment and ability to apply logical/critical thought processes when developing solutions
A strong interest in the CPG industry is a plus
