Senior Quality Assurance Associate

WHO are we looking for?

CAPTRUST is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions in both manual and automated testing contexts. A successful candidate for this role will review system requirements, create test cases in both manual and automated formats, manage test suites, execute test cases, manage defects and track multiple quality assurance metrics.

This role includes participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and communicating with the Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers and other project team members including business and operations stakeholders. This individual must be highly motivated, detailed oriented and ready continue building our comprehensive QA program that not only safeguards the quality of our software but also foster a “quality culture” within the organization.
