The Patient Care Specialist provides effective customer service by using in-depth knowledge of front office processes to include patient registration and insurance practices, as well as effective communication processes to both patients and clinic employees. The Patient Care Specialist will maintain a high level of customer focus at all times, especially during periods of high patient volume.
