Role Summary
Nuuly is looking for an Integrated Brand Marketing Manager to lead our Always On brand execution and grow our footprint through sponsorship marketing. You'll manage integrated campaigns from concept to execution and build campaigns that put Nuuly in front of new audiences. This is a great fit for someone who thinks in full-funnel campaigns and knows how to turn a sponsorship into a genuine brand moment to drive awareness.
Role Responsibilities
Integrated Campaign Management:
Manage end-to-end execution of Nuuly's Always On integrated marketing strategy, including two annual Brand Campaigns and seasonal campaigns
Partner cross-functionally with creative, influencer, social, paid media, and PR teams to deliver seamless assets
Monitor campaign performance and translate data into insights that sharpen future work
Sponsorship Marketing Management
Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities that align with Nuuly's brand goals and expand reach into new audiences
Build and manage relationships with marketing partners, developing co-branded content and campaign integrations that extend brand relevance
Report on sponsorship performance and turn results into clear, actionable recommendations
Brand Stewardship:
Champion the Nuuly brand identity, keeping messaging, visual identity, and tone consistent across every touchpoint
Stay close to the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape to keep strategy sharp
Partner cross-functionally to activate and maintain brand voice in every activation.
Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition development
Role Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated campaign management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
Experience in managing collaborations and brand partnerships.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
