Role Summary
The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for leading all loss prevention and security initiatives within a designated supply chain center. This role ensures the protection of company assets, minimizes shrink, and supports operational excellence through proactive risk mitigation and investigative strategies.
Role Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Be Supportive
: Collaborate with supply chain leadership to align AP strategies with business goals. Foster cross-functional partnerships with operations, and HR IT teams.
Be Resourceful:
Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrink, theft, and fraud. Provide guidance on inventory accuracy and audit processes.
Be Professional:
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
