Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This is a fast-paced, high-performance role in a scratch kitchen, i deal for cooks who thrive on precision, speed, and working across multiple stations. Our collaborative kitchen team is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences rooted in quality and creativity.
Role Responsibilities
Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items to recipe and plating standards.
Execute dishes across multiple stations, especially Sauté, Grill, and Oven; supporting Salad, Pastry, and Prep as needed.
Ensure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation.
