Human Resources Generalist

They seek a like-minded skilled HR Generalist to join the team and help them to continue delivering world-class software to our customers. We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist.

The duties of the Human Resources Generalist may include:

• Assistance with Onboarding, Payroll and Benefits administration
• Maintains compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Maintains electronic personnel files ensuring all necessary forms and documents are completed and uploaded to the HRIS
• Responsible for compliance with I-9 completion and retention, E-Verify, reasonable accommodations, and posted notices
• Provides communication and assistance with the annual benefit open enrollment process and answers routine benefits questions
• Recruitment of new employees to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained. Including job postings, screenings, reviewing resumes, outreach, and preparing offers.
• Facilitates and/or participates in manager and supervisor training as needed
• Tracks and coordinates employee review schedules and ensures information is in the HRIS
• Creates, updates, and maintains job descriptions and other HR forms and documents as needed
• Assist with employee relations as needed
• Assist with AA and EEO plans as needed
• Represent organization at colleges, universities and job fairs as needed
• Performs other job duties as assigned by Supervisor
• The ideal candidate should exhibit behavioral traits that indicate: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Considerable knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and coaching skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Requirements

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or related field
