Overview
BNB Cashout provides equity-based cash-out financing for rental property investors, helping property owners access capital while preserving their existing first mortgage. BNB Cashout supports both short-term and long-term rental property investors through a streamlined, relationship-driven lending process.
Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though additional hours may be required based on business needs.
About the Role
We are seeking motivated Account Representatives to develop business within the Nashville and Savannah markets.
This role is responsible for building relationships with residential mortgage brokers and other referral partners, generating qualified opportunities, managing an active sales pipeline, and helping expand BNB Cashout's presence in the assigned market.
