Facilities Maintenance Technician / Handyman
MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a dependable and skilled
Facilities Maintenance Technician / Handyman to support the daily maintenance and upkeep of our commercial facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting problems, completing repairs, and taking pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance, repairs, and general handyman services
- Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and other facility improvement projects
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs, including lights, switches, outlets, and fixtures
- Conduct preventative maintenance, including HVAC filter changes and routine inspections
