Staff Enterprise Engineer

Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Staff Enterprise Engineer. As a senior individual contributor within the Enterprise Systems domain, you will define the long-term technical architecture and engineering standards across the estate, including identity, endpoints, compute, virtualization, operating systems, storage, databases, and the platforms beneath our enterprise SaaS. Reporting to the Global Head of IT, you will act as the senior technical authority and a mentor to our engineers, driving automation, engineering best practices, and modernization.

This is a hands-on, senior IC role rather than a people-management position: an opportunity to shape technical direction and build, not to manage a team.
