About the Role
This is a hands-on growth role where you will own consumer acquisition and retention for a US product launch, reporting to the GM and Head of Product for the US market. You will work directly with product, engineering, and a global R&D team to shape what gets built based on conversion data and real user feedback. It is a zero-to-one opportunity with meaningful influence over both go-to-market strategy and product direction.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute a multi-channel beta-to-launch funnel spanning founder outreach, community platforms, Product Hunt, and Hacker News, measuring conversion by channel.
- Run experiments to identify which growth loops compound, then reallocate effort based on what is converting rather than what is comfortable.
- Sequence and prioritize launch channels, deciding what runs in parallel, what runs in order, and how to pace rollout based on data.
