Media Buyer (DTC)

About the Role

You'll join a rapidly growing media buying team at a performance-focused advertising agency, owning paid social campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands across Meta, TikTok, and other channels. Managing six to seven figures in monthly ad spend, you'll be directly responsible for driving profitable growth for premium clients.

What You'll Do

• Launch, manage, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels.
• Hit ROAS targets, lower CPAs, and drive month-over-month profitable growth across your client portfolio.
• Build and execute systematic testing roadmaps covering creative angles, audiences, placements, and offers.
• Analyze performance data daily and execute smart optimizations including budget shifts, creative swaps, and bid adjustments.
• Manage campaign budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+ per month per client.
• Collaborate with the creative team to provide feedback on what is working and what to test next.
• Present clear performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and paid social industry trends.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on media buying experience, with a strong preference for agency background managing multiple client accounts.
• Proven track record managing $500K+ in monthly ad spend and hitting aggressive performance targets.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience working with DTC or eCommerce clients on performance-driven campaigns.
• Strong command of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other metrics that drive business results.
• Ability to give actionable creative feedback and collaborate with designers, editors, and strategists.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a rapid-testing mindset over static playbooks.
• Bonus: experience with UGC, influencer campaigns, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Snapchat Ads, or performance creative testing frameworks.
