Our Warrenton community is a small, close-knit assisted living community with 35 apartments and 41 licensed beds

. This intimate setting allows our team members to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and one another.

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and qualified

Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to join our team on the full-time evening shift

. The ideal candidate will be passionate about senior care and committed to providing safe medication assistance and compassionate, resident-centered support.

Responsibilities:: Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and physician orders.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence.

Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.

Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care

Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Help create a positive, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for.

Qualifications:: Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.

Previous experience in assisted living, or senior living is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift:: Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm
