Spring Oak Senior Living at Culpeper is seeking an experienced
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator (RCC).
Our Culpeper community is a small, close-knit assisted living community with 21 apartments and 23 licensed beds
. The size of the community allows the RCC to know the residents, families, and care team personally while providing hands-on clinical leadership in a more manageable setting.
The RCC oversees resident care, clinical documentation, medication management, care planning, regulatory compliance, and the day-to-day supervision of the resident care team.
Responsibilities:: Lead and support CNAs, medication aides, caregivers, and other direct care staff.
