Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking a highly organized and process-driven
Talent Operations Manager to support hiring across our organization of more than
1,000 employees and 20+ locations.
This role works closely with the Executive Team, community leadership, and hiring managers to keep the hiring process organized, responsive, and moving forward. The Talent Operations Manager will own our ATS and candidate pipelines, manage job postings, coordinate hiring activity, and directly support department-head and leadership hiring.
This is not a traditional recruiter role. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, fast, and an excellent written communicator
