At Thomas & Hutton, you’ll play a key role in coordinating project activities, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects stay on track. What you'll do: •
- Support project managers and engineering teams in daily project activities
- Maintain and organize project documentation including schedules, budgets, reports, and meeting minutes
- Track project milestones and deliverables using tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Smartsheet
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
- Monitor project risks and escalate issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and engineering standards
- Assist in preparing technical and non-technical reports and documentation
