What You'll Do

• ✔ Answer and support calls from caregivers, clients, and families
• ✔ Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure every client receives exceptional care
• ✔ Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and personality
• ✔ Maintain accurate scheduling, payroll, and care documentation
• ✔ Solve scheduling challenges with confidence and creativity
• ✔ Assist with office operations while supporting our growing care team
• ✔ Participate in an on-call rotation to help ensure uninterrupted care when needed

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Healthcare, scheduling, staffing, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED
