- Own the Ecommerce & Amazon Shop Experience (End-to-End)
- Own the performance and day-to-day management of the Slate ecom site & Amazon shop
- Ensure both sites are optimized for conversion, speed, and mobile experience
- Continuously improve UX/UI across key touchpoints (homepage, PDP, cart, checkout)
- Act as the internal “voice of the customer” by identifying friction and solving it quickly
- Development & Site Execution
- Build and update pages using Shopify, including landing pages, product pages, and merchandising updates
- Implement light front-end changes using HTML/CSS (and basic JavaScript as needed)
- Troubleshoot site issues and work with external developers when necessary
