Social Worker – Community Older People's

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s

Social Worker to join its client’s Community Older People's team, based in Solihull.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to support older adults within the community, promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes through strengths-based and person-centred social work practice.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of older adults with complex care and support needs, undertaking statutory assessments, reviews, safeguarding interventions, and support planning. Working collaboratively with service users, carers, families, health professionals, and partner agencies, you will play a key role in ensuring individuals receive appropriate support to remain safe, independent, and connected to their communities.

This role requires a confident Social Worker with strong assessment skills, sound knowledge of Adult Social Care legislation, and the ability to manage complex casework whilst delivering high-quality, outcome-focused interventions.
