Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s
Social Worker to join its client’s Community team, based in Sheffield.
What will your responsibilities be?
Managing a caseload of adults and families within the Communities Team, completing strengths-based assessments, support planning, and reviews to promote independence and wellbeing.
Working in partnership with health professionals, voluntary organisations, and other agencies to coordinate care and ensure individuals receive appropriate support and safeguarding interventions.
Undertaking Mental Capacity Act assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and risk assessments while maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and council policies.

Qualifications and Experience:
- To be successful in this role you must have; Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
