Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Generic Adult's Team at Rochdale.
What will your responsibilities be?
Completing Care Act assessments, support plans, reviews, and risk assessments for adults with a range of physical, mental health, and learning disability needs.
Managing safeguarding concerns, undertaking Section 42 enquiries, and working with partner agencies to promote the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable adults.
Coordinating multidisciplinary interventions, arranging care packages, and supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes while maintaining accurate and timely case records.

Qualifications & Experience:
- To be successful in this role you must have, Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
