Position Objective:
Supervises the Central Sterile Services technical staff, to include OR case cart assembly and distribution, prep and pack and decontamination procedures, in accordance with the Medical Canter's standards, policies, and procedures, and compliance with applicable voluntary and regulatory standards such as The Joint Commission, AAMI, AORN, CDC, SGNA_
This position has authority to perform supervisory duties including but not limited to hiring, evaluating performance, issuing final disciplinary actions under the review of Human Resources, and recommending discharge in collaboration with members of management and Human Resources
Essential Job Duties:
Supervises the CS technical staff to include orientation, training, coaching, disciplinary action, performance reviews, and developmental goals
Directs the daily activities of the department to include scheduling and work assignments.
