Summary
Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Regional Director to drive performance management and enablement, leading operational excellence for dozens of attorneys and hundreds of support staff. The Director of Regional Operations will work directly with the Managing Director of Personal Injury Operations and will serve as a core leader at the nexus of the firm’s expansion and growth.
The Regional Director will be accountable for the financial and operational performance of Personal Injury in the region and will partner with local Managing Partners and other attorney leaders to ensure success. The Director will be a critical member of the Operations leadership team and will work cross-functionally to deliver optimal client results, building deep relationships with departments including Finance, HR, IT, Product, Training, and Marketing to do so.
