The Content Creators support EMP's branding and communications by developing engaging content for social media and recruitment campaigns under the direction of the VP Marketing.
Time Commitment: 5–7 hours per week during regular program periods; 8–10 hours per week during recruitment campaigns and event promotion windows.
- Terms of Employment: October 2026 — April 2027
- Key Responsibilities: Write and schedule content for EMP’s Instagram, LinkedIn and newsletter
- Develop content for mentee recruitment campaigns during the September push
- Draft copy and captions for event promotion and announcements
- Film and edit video content for marketing campaigns using tools such as Canva, iMovie, CapCut, or similar
- Support storytelling around EMP's mentors, mentees, and events
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Photographer to align content with visuals
Qualifications: Strong written communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms and content strategy
- Experience in branding and content calendar management
- Creativity and knowledge of current online trends
- Comfort managing multiple communications and content deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
