Finance Coordinator

The Finance Coordinator will support the club’s financial operations by assisting with budgeting, fund allocation, reimbursements, and other financial tasks throughout the year.

• Time Commitment: 3-5 hrs/week
• Main Responsibilities: Assist with managing expenses and keeping spending within the set budget
• Help process reimbursements
• Assist with identifying and applying for grants and sponsorships
• Support financial planning and fund allocation for events and initiatives

Qualifications: Previous finance experience is an asset

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable building and maintaining relationships
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
• Anticipated Learning Outcomes: Build resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
• Gain hands-on experience with real budgets, reimbursements and financial operations
• Learn how to support the financial planning of events and initiatives
