Partnerships Coordinator

As a Corporate Relations Coordinator, you will support outreach to peers, alumni, industry professionals, clubs, brands, and external partners. You will help build long-term relationships, develop collaboration opportunities, secure sponsorships, and maintain organized partnership records. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, organized, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in professional outreach and relationship-building.

• Time Commitment: 4-6 hrs/week
• Key Responsibilities: Assist with outreach to peers, alumni, professionals, and external partners
• Support the team in building and maintaining long-term relationships
• Develop collaboration opportunities with clubs and brands
• Secure sponsorships and partnership opportunities for club initiatives
• Maintain organized records of outreach, contacts, and partnership communications
• Qualifications: Previous experience in outreach, communications, or partnerships is an asset
• Strong writing and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Learning Outcomes: Develop team collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Gain hands-on experience in corporate outreach and partnerships
